I bought a few of these to see how they would do with my customers and to find out, everybody loves the comfort grip that the other pens don't have. I will be ordering more here soon to replenish my stock.

Great pen but beware before you turn!

This is a beautiful pen but you need to beware of something. I bought this pen due to that I like the rose gold finish and from what I read you make it with or without the comfort grip. I do not like the comfort grip at all and just wanted to make my pens without it. I order 6 kits and the bushing for it. Following the instructions, I saw that that the lower bushing for the nib is the same size for the center of the pen. This will leave the bottom blank ( where you add the nib) too fat. This set up is fine if you trim 1 inch off the blank to add the grip but will not work if you just want the lower part all wood. PSI was not able to help me on this problem. From what I can figure out, you need standard 7mm ( slimline ) bushing if you want to make the pens without the comfort grip. I am now waiting to order some standard 7 MM bushing to use for the rest of my pens when PSI have them in stock again.
