30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee - No Questions Asked
Penn State Industries wants you to be completely satisfied with any purchase you make from our catalog and on-line store. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days. We will promptly replace the product, give you credit, or refund your money, whichever you prefer. No reason is required for the return; however, we would appreciate your written comments so that we can serve you and all our valued customers even better in the future.
When you shop at Penn State Industries, your satisfaction is always guaranteed. In the event you do need to return, refund or repair an item you purchased from us, we want to make it as easy as possible. Just call our Customer Service department if you are returning an item for any reason including: refunds, repair, credit, etc. You will be issued a return authorization number (RMA) which must appear on the outside of your return carton.
- Please have your invoice handy when contacting us.
- All returns must be shipped pre-paid.
- Items being returned for a refund must be packed in the original box.
- Include a copy of your invoice.
- Clearly state the reason for your return in writing.
- Items being returned for full credit must be in re-saleable condition, packed in the original box with a copy of your invoice. A full refund (less shipping) will be remitted within 30 days of our receipt, subject to our inspection of the product. Products returned after 30 days much be authorized and are subject to a restocking fee.
- Please note our policies regarding products sold to international customers: The Penn State Industries' warranty for products sold outside the USA are the same as for products sold in the continental United States, with the following exceptions: All shipping costs will be the responsibility of the buyer including, but not limited to: freight costs for the original product, warranty repairs, service, exchanges, product returns, and spare parts.

Lifetime Guarantee On Plated Components
Penn State Industries guarantees that plated components of specified pen, pencils and similar project kits will not tarnish, wear, or fade. This guarantee is limited and does not apply to parts that are consumed by normal use of the product. This Guarantee does not apply to kits that come under the "Funline" economy series (PKSLFUNxx, PKSLFUPLxx, PKCFFUNxx, PKMTFUNxx) - those kits would be subject to our normal 30 day satisfaction guarantee. Penn State reserves the option to replace the defective component, replace the project kit, or issue a monetary refund.
100% No-Risk Pen Blank GuaranteeThis contact method is for blank issues only. Do not use it for other issues just because you can attach a picture. Please use the standard contact form for issues with kits. If a picture is necessary, it will be requested after that initial contact. There is a 30 day time limit on the Pen Blank Guarantee
Our Pen Blanks are guaranteed to give 100% satisfaction in every way. If you're not completely satisfied with you pen blank for any reason such as breakage, quality, etc., we will replace it, refund your purchase price, or offer you store credit, as you wish.
Simply email a digital photo of the broken or unsatisfactory blank, along with your customer information (Customer Number is preferred, otherwise we will need name and zip code as it appears on your invoice). Please include a a note on why you were disappointed.
