When you shop at Penn State Industries, your satisfaction is always guaranteed. In the event you do need to return, refund or repair an item you purchased from us, we want to make it as easy as possible. Just call our Customer Service department if you are returning an item for any reason including: refunds, repair, credit, etc. You will be issued a return authorization number (RMA) which must appear on the outside of your return carton.
- Please have your invoice handy when contacting us.
- All returns must be shipped pre-paid.
- Items being returned for a refund must be packed in the original box.
- Include a copy of your invoice.
- Clearly state the reason for your return in writing.
- Items being returned for full credit must be in re-saleable condition, packed in the original box with a copy of your invoice. A full refund (less shipping) will be remitted within 30 days of our receipt, subject to our inspection of the product. Products returned after 30 days must be authorized and are subject to a restocking fee.
- We do not exchange products you ordered in error. You need to return the item for credit and purchase the correct item.
