Use this accessory set to expand your Single Mandrel Blank Drying system (#PKDRY) to turn up to 12 pen blank sets at one time. The accessory set includes 4 mandrels, a disc that will support up to 12 mandrels, a motor mount, bushings and lock nuts, a base and a shaft and shaft support. Motor is not included with this set. Entire System, including motor, is available as PKDRYGSX. Extra mandrels are available separately if you want to reach the full 12 pen blank disc capacity. This accesory will enable you to finish pen or bottle stopper barrels with finishes that tend to run and pool. Just slide your blanks onto the mandrels (special cone bushings are provided to fit any size tube), apply your finish, attach the mandrels to the motor attachment, and turn on the motor. At only 20 RPM your finish will dry evenly without running or pooling. Ideal for brush on, spray on or drip on lacquers, polyurethane, resins, oils and epoxies.
