This chuck is a GREAT deal for the price,function and package! Makes lathe work easier and fun. I did notice a little vibration switching for center to the chuck as if the jaws are slightly off center, but very minumum.

I bought the chuck for the jumbo jaws to use for finishing. It was less than half any other and does exactly what I need.The other jaws were "icing on the cake". Keep up the good Quality & prices. Mac932

Good product. It was very easy to use and has been a great help compared to the cumbersome old 4 jaw chuck I had been using. The self centering has made removal of the project and replacement a snap. I like the easy removal and replacement of the jaws.

I was satisfied with the performance of the 4 Jaw Chuck but the 8inch flat jaw chuck has some short comings. The first time I used it one of the rubber posts split.
