These stoppers work great. You just twist it until it fits a little snug, then once it's in the bottle you give it another twist and there you go.

Making Bottle Stoppers Easily

Many people by now realize that this bottle stopper is a hit. Getting the stopper kit was the second best thing I ever ordered. The special mandrel, and drill bit, allow me to screw on my wood blanks easily. The only problem is that the bottle stopper screw is too large for this tapped hole, and we have to enlarge it.

Perfect Seal Bottle Stopper

This kit was easy to make and seals very well for bottles that lay on their sides when opened. I like that it has stainless steel for it's metal parts and the threaded parts fit well. The silicon seals compressed tightly and smoothly. Another plus with me was the low profile of the overall stopper. All this at an affordable price.
