Please (and we can't believe we have to say this) do not call for technical support while operating a moving vehicle.
If calling about an issue that is happening with a product you are trying to use, please have that product in front of you when calling. This will help us to ask diagnostic questions and try to troubleshoot the issue directly. Please do not call about diagnosing a product issue with the product not in your possession; or accidentally left: out in the workshop, at home while you are at a doctor's appointment, or at home while visiting family out of state.
