The Tycoon is simply a great looking pen. This kit features ultra smooth and durable threading, a regal design and striking facets on the rollerball nib. These kits are plated with rhodium, an exquisite and valuable precious metal from the platinum chemical group. Rhodium's brilliance, hardness, and beauty make it a favorite of fine pen makers and collectors. Rhodium is extremely durable; it resists tarnish and is very resistant to scratching, and acids. Includes an attractive I.D. card which identifies and explains the rhodium plating. It also includes a space for you to sign the project and give information about the turned wood you used.

Beautiful Kit

Beautiful and classy pen when finished. Mated this with the turquoise tru-stone and the result was a gorgeous platinum and blue-green pen. The plastic insert can take a beating from the sharp edge on the tube. Best to chamfer the inside of the copper tube and the pen assembles perfectly.
