I agree with the others that have written reviews, not good. The last order I received two to the 5 refills didn't work. One of them the tip came out and the opposite end was damaged? I haven't ordered any others yet, but I know as has been in the past Penn State always has treated me very fair and replaced anything I have ever had any problems with. Not really complaining just reporting so you can look into this items quality.

i agree with the other review. several of my refills will not write. very expensive pen kits, and it is a shame that the refill does not work. please check to see if other source is available.--thank you

Out of the last bag of 5 I received (3) would not write. The reason for ordering was the replacement of the ones supplied with the pens that would skip or not write. Need to have a talk with supplier or change vendors. Its very embarrasing when a customer attempts to write with it and I scribble with it alittle before building pens.
