I started turning pens only several months ago, having ordered your Jet Mini Lathe and starter kit. It's absolutely the best hobby ever! I just got my order of deer antler and tried to make my first antler pen. Once I figured out how to bore a hole down the center with a drill press (I can't afford lots of the cool jigs in your catalog so every jig I use is one that I dream up), the rest was easy. I showed my pen to my wife and she fell in love with it. I've only been doing this for several months and this is my first antler pen.
