This has very quickly become my favorite gouge. It has a nice feel and weight and it holds and edge. I am using it instead of tools that I paid a lot more for.

BB Gouges

For the money, it's hard to beat. All of my BB gouges do exactly what I want them to do. I'm not going to comment on how long they last yet, but I can buy 5 or 6 of these for the price on one of the major brands

After trying another brand I have to say this tool was one third the price and much better quality. Penn State is one of the best if not the best.
