I bought this gouge and have been pleased with it. Very good price for the tool. Will be buying more when this one gets too short.

One side of the flute is 1/8" lower than the other side making sharpening impossible. Instead of being u-shaped one leg is shorter so that it looks more like a J.

I am never disappointed with PSI quality and value. Both items have already gotten a lot of use. I use the smaller bowl gouge for open segmented turnings and the diamond file is perfect for touch up of my chisels.

This tool helped in giving this newcomer to turning the confidence to produce my first ever bowl. The tool performed flawlessly in smooth cutting in a controlled manner. I would recommend this tool to anyone interested in producing a bowl on a lathe.

I have been very pleased with the quality of the gouge. The price was very reasonable and it compares very favorably with the more expensive 1/2 inch gouge I already had. It feels good and cuts great, after sharpening.

Great bowl gouge, it cut very well straight out of the box without sharpening. The handle length and balance of the tool were very well suited to me. The price, compared with other brands, is outstanding, I am slowly making a collection of Benjamin's Best turning tools.

A great price on a good bowl gouge. I'm not a professional, but it seems to work fine for me. I have no complaints.
