Universal Duplicator Mechanism

Easy to use

I bought the lathe duplicator to go with my Turncrafter mainly because my woodturning skills are virually nonexistant. I use it mostly for pens. No skill is required! It works very well and is user friendly. The more you work with it the easier and faster it is. It's a great product.

Universal Duplicator

I had very little difficulty in adapting this unit to fit my 6' Craftsman Lathe, and am generally satisfied with the function of the unit. I have turned well over a dozen pens on it so far, and it is quite functional. I do wish you had blank templates available so that I could grind some of my own profiles. Many of my pens are Cigar pens, and you don't have a direct template for this style pen. I have slightly modified another template, and with some care, it works OK, but not fully up to its potential.

This Item works fine. Setting up the proper height was a pain but it worked great after getting it lined up.
