Pour a handle in colors and patterns no lathe can turn, then sand and drill the cast end square with the matching jig, so it mounts to your kit every time, no eyeballing it by hand.
Need four that match exactly? Pour them together with multiple molds so every handle comes out identical. Fast curing resins like Alumilite call for a pressure pot to avoid bubbles, other resins don’t.
