Your turned inner material is smartly flanked by stainless steel bands that run on either side of the blank. Make the ring similar to how you would make a comfort style ring. Once polished the seam is almost invisible. Radiused profile for ultimate comfort. 6MM channel width width with total stainless steel edges of 2.8mm for sizes 6 to 8 and 3.8mm 8.5 and larger.
