The challenge of hollowing bowls is to do precision profiling inside the bowl through a small opening in the top.We've engineered this hollowing set to be a complete system to make your hollowing experiences easy, effective and affordable. PSI worked with a team of bowl turning experts to develop this hollowing set with features and benefits comparable to hollowing systems costing twice as much:
· Curved hollowing blade is flat providing superior tool support while cutting inside the bowl
· The HSS Blade is heavy duty 5/16" thick 6-1/2 long; providing fast and secure turning with minimum vibration.
· Complete system includes blade with handle, 6ea HSS interchangeable cutters, hardened set screw with Allen wrench.
· The 6 cutters handle multiple interior profiling requirements including: Inside walls, inside bottom, neck, inside top and more. Includes 2 sizes of round profiles and 4 special purpose profiles.
