Save time and effort with this unique precision engineered jig. The Corner-B-Gone jig is a simple yet elegant solution for knocking off the corners of your turning blank. Get a head start on turning your blank round on the lathe. It can be used in 2 configurations to remove the edges. In the Bandsaw configuration, simply mount your blank between the metal blocks then slide the blank edges through the blade, turn the assembly to the next position, after 4 turns in less than a minute, your blank will be ready to turn. In the Disc Sander configuration, position the blank between the blocks and press each edge into the disc to round the corners. We engineered a quick release threaded knob to enable you to quickly secure, assemble and disassemble your blank for machining. The jig can hold blanks or blank combinations up to 8in. long and 1in. square. System includes a quick release knob, 2 multi purpose blocks, 8 bushings and a 12in. threaded shaft.
