The Water Mist system sprays fine atomized water at the tip of the cutting bur, so fine it is invisible and the flow rate is less the 1 drop/second. Water mist cools the burr, making the bit last longer and eliminates 95% of the dust and fumes. It also forms a more polished cut, prevents fracturing and strengthens porous materials. Essential to prolong tool life and safety, particularly on very hard materials.
