PSI has innovated an affordable line of high performance Cyclones that have become the system of choice for many hobbyists and small shops. Our Cyclone Separators capture over 99% of all dust and debris before it passed through to the final filter bags. Maximum airflow is continuously maintained through a cyclone since virtually no dust inhibits airflow through the final filter. Disposing of debris is easy, you can use any size container from 10 gallons up. Select from our standard 5 micron air filtration bags or our latest generation of cyclones with super efficient filter cartridges. Our filter cartridges system is an innovative system of extremely high filtration cartridges that filter the outflow air down to .5 micron! Read more below about these unique filter cartridges. PSI Cyclone Systems come complete with a motor/blower unit that mounts at the top of the cyclone. PSI’s powerful 1100, 1350 or 1900 CFM motor/blowers are the engines that power these super efficient cyclonic dust collection systems. Also included are the hose, clamps and flange that provides the drum connection at the bottom of the cyclone funnel.
