I just wanted to drop you a note thanking Penn State Industries for the service I received on a recent purchase. I had decided to upgrade my dust collecting system. After calling Penn State and talking to Mr. Whitaker, I chose a Tempest cyclone, which I am very pleased with. When talking to Mr. Whitaker I never felt that he was trying to push anything on me, but rather that he was telling me the truth about a good product. I am a 71 year old woodworker that had 5 by passes and I'm trying to keep as much dust out of my lungs as possible. I believe the cyclone is the answer. Everyone that I ever talked to at Penn State has been courteous, kind and helpful. You have reason to be thankful for your staff which I'm sure you are. Thanks Penn State.
