Shipping and Delivery
Shipping Policies
All Penn State Industries machines and accessories are shipped by UPS or USPS for your convenience. We reserve the right to ship by any carrier at our discretion. If you require a specific carrier, please note it in the "comments" section at the end of your order. Note: Please supply a street address for your deliveries if you are requesting UPS shipping. UPS cannot deliver to Post Office Boxes.
A minimum of $7.50 shipping and handling fee is charged for any shipment.
Shipping charges for machines and accessories are listed in our catalog along with product pricing. Prices are for standard ground deliveries within the continental U.S. excluding Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico. Call or email us for shipping charges to other destinations. Machinery stating "FOB Philadelphia" -- we will contact you via phone, fax, or email as to the specific charge prior to processing your order.
Explanation of Shipping Options
Domestic Shipping
Domestic Shipping charges are computed based on our minimum shipping charges and per-package shipping on selective items. Ground and Air shipping options are available. We reserve the ability to ship the "best way" for any shipment ie. - by UPS, USPS, DHL, FED X etc. If you want your order shipped by a particular carrier, please identify it as such in the order comments.
Ground Shipping
The Ground shipping selection applies the higher of our minimum gournd shipping charge of $7.50 or the combined shipping charge for all items included in your ordere. Note that items that are greater than the $7.50 minimum are indicated in the shipping tab of the product page and are also notated in the shopping cart. The minimum charge of $7.50 will be applied for any order unless FREE shipping is specified.
We will make every effort to ship parts and accessories within 1-4 days of receiving your order. (Subject to product availability.) When ordering within the continental United States, you can expect delivery within seven to ten business days. Certain items are drop shipped from the original manufacturer and may take somewhat longer.
Air Shipping Options
Our shopping cart allows you to select three expedited shipping options: · Next Day · 2nd day · 3rd Day Select UPS Air. Air shipments will generally be shipped on the same day as your order as long as we receive your order by 12:00 PM Eastern time (Mon-Fri). We will make every effort to ship your order the same day, however during holiday periods or other periods of heavy order volumes we cannot guarantee same day shipment. Note that certain items are not eligible for Air Shipping because of package size or HAZMAT limitations. Because Ductwork generally has a large "dimensional weight" (i.e. package size compared to weight) ductwork is excluded from the air shipping options. There are no provisions in our cart to have part of your order shipped air and another part shipped by ground. If you want to do this, you’ll need to enter separate orders for the ground and air orders .

International Shipping
Shipping charges for International Shipping are computed based on USPS Parcel Post international rates. We reserve the right to re-calculate shipping based on special shipping requirments. You will be responsible for any Customs clearing or Duty charges upon entry of our products into your country.
APO FPO
All APO / FPO shipments are shipped via USPS - limited to 70 lbs.
Shipments to Alaska, Hiwaii, and Puerto Rico
Shipments to these locations are limited to air USPS
International Shipping
We will compute the shipping charges by USPS, and UPS and email you to advise you of the actual shipping charges.
Certain products such as waxes, finishes, machinery, etc., may only be shipped ground UPS, which makes it impossible for us to ship outside the continental United States. We reserve the right to ship or not to ship certain products to international destinations. Freight charges listed in our catalog are for shipments within the continental United States only. For quotes on freight charges to international destinations call, email, or fax us.
Please note our policies regarding products sold to international customers:
The Penn State Industries' warranty for products sold outside the USA are the same as for products sold in the continental United States, with the following exceptions:
1) All shipping costs will be the responsibility of the buyer including, but not limited to: freight costs for the original product, warranty repairs, service, exchanges, product returns, and spare parts.
2) Penn State Industries will only ship at the buyer's expense by UPS 1st or 2nd day air. (UPS Ground to Canada is also available).
3) The buyer is responsible for clearing customs, brokerage fees, duty, taxes, and other applicable import expenses.
4) Since back orders would be shipped at customers expense, we will cancel any back orders and the customer should re-order the item(s) on their next PO.
5) All payments must be paid in U.S. dollars via wire transfer, credit card, or certified check.
