Great Pen!!

I really like this pen. I Made a couple of wood and one of antler. Most of the people I work with prefer this style pen over the slim line.....

Fast to turn, with a nice appeal

This pen has been very well received, especially in darker woods. It pairs particularly well as a pen and pencil set.

I was impressed by Polaris

My first polaris was with the brushed satin. I used Lacewood and finished with CA glue for a mirrored finish. The customer was very happy with the pen. These pens are not hard to make, in fact I would say as easy as the slimlnes. The ability to turn two at one time is also an advantage for sales.

This pen kit has to be one of my favorites. It has a single tube design so it doesn't take muck blank. It also took me less than a half-hour to drill, mount, round, and polish! this is also a great kit to use with spare blanks you have left over from other pens.

Brushed Satin adds a richness to your pen.

I found that matching the shade of the wood to the Brushed Satin Finish gives a richness that sets off both aspects of the wood and hardware. I receive many compliments on these pens.

The transmissions on these kits are some of the best best and smoothest I've found.

I have made and sold many sets of these and they are a really nice pen with a little more to hold in the hand.

This pen is outstanding!

The Slimlines are great, but when you want something that is a step up but still affordable this is the pen. I made two, one in Cocobolo and one with Zircote, and the satin finish highlighted the wood without being too flashy.
