This was great for getting started and seeing the fun in pen making...a midi lathe was soon to follow

I am new to making pens. Did not want to invest a lot to see if I liked it. The drill press lathe worked fine. I've made three pens now, each looking better than the last. Great for small projects like turning pens.

This is great for beginners, to start working on small projects.I did learn a lot with this drill press lathe.
