Size: 3/4" x 3/4" x 5". Stabilizing is a process that impregnates the wood or burl with resins and renders it into an ideal / plastic like turning blank. The finished turned blanks has a vibrant grain and a surface with a brilliant and durable shine.

These Box Elder Blanks have amazing grain patterns and make a dynamite looking pen. The stabilized wood is easy to finish. Just sand to 600 grit and buff to a gloss with EEE Ultra Shine. Be sure to cut slowly and sharpen your tools often. I use them with all the high end kits I make.
