Beautiful Wood

Beautiful wood! Sent me exactly 1lb.....don't know how. It's a little bit brittle, but still beautiful.

Certificates need improvement

Love the wood, the certificates are not as nice as I'd like. Having PSI and an old date on them makes it look like I've had this laying around awhile and just decided to use it. I'll probably design my own certificate.

Beautiful wood, check the weight

When I got my order from PSI I had several items including some more expensive wood. I decided to weigh the wood and it came up 12.5 ounces short of a pound. I called PSI and worked it out. Having said that it is beautiful wood with much grain and although it might not match exactly the grain will still makes very nice pens. I will order it again. If your wondering if my scale is correct it is, I checked it with 1 lb butter and it weighed 1 lb or slightly over. I hope next time it will be right. I should have taken off stars but decided not to.

olivewood

Wow this is a real deal. I have only turned 1 pen so far but there is plenty for about 5 or 6 pens and if you try you can come up with good matches on the short stuff. There were some long pieces in the bag too. I will buy more.

Bethlehem Olivewood

This Bethlehem Olive wood is beautiful, and a very good seller, especially when I explain where it came from.

Needs a little more dark coloring.

Nice package of wood, but would like more dark color lines through-out the length of pieces. Good quality pieces however. I really like to work with this product. The package contains enough cut blanks to make 10 pens with left over short pieces to make the 3 piece pen kits. F.Wright

Pens so far

I love the aroma of the wood from the lathe. I saved the shavings from the turnings. Some of the blanks bloew out on the lathe and I didnt get 10 pens from it. Other than that, a very nice wood to use.

Olive Wood

Overall it a good package, however one or two pieces had little or no figuring

Olivewood pens

This is the first time I have used Olivewood and was pleased with the product. It is hard and takes a nice polish. The pen kit is as god as any other ,and the price I thought was good. Since Olivewood is from the Holy land it made it all the better.
