WOBALI is WONDERFUL!

I tried making a pen with this WOBALI pattern and was greatly surprised. It turns well and polishes to a high luster finish. It almost has a 3D look to it when you are finished. It will be one of you favorites if you try it out.

Writing this from the UK and by comparison this blank was quite pricy. The cutting of the blank had chipped it, and on arrival it looked tatty. I am quite experienced at turning this type of material and it was very chippy and I had the devil's own job to get a good finish on it. When I finally did, it looked fine - but I was disappointed over all.

I found that this chips and breaks very easy while turnning. If you can finish it without breaking, it will look good on a pen set.
