I was skeptical at first about how this pen would turn out, but it finished beautifully. It was purchased as a specially requested pen to be made for a client (a blank that she had seen in your free brouchure that doesn't list the prices)and she absolutely loved how it turned out. I found this blank to be ideal for the classic style pen kits. You should leave a little extra wood on the tip end and use a bit of sandpaper to avoid little nicks but otherwise you'll find it turns easily and looks really beautiful.
