I really enjoyed working with this material. It turns so smoothly and polishes to a brilliant finish with very little effort.

This is the most used wood for duck calls. It is very oily and has great water resistance. It has very good color to it. It turns very easy on the lathe but be sure to use a respirator don't get the dust in your lungs.

There is nothing like Cocobolo to make a dramatic appearance in your project. The distinction between the grain and the wood always gets attention. It's rich and formal looking.
