The shipping puts this a little out of the ideal price range, but for the money the extra capacity is nice. The only qualm I have is with the fact that the motor on both the VS and the regular is underpowered to handle anything of any significant length. Even with razor sharp chisels, turning a 30" long log overheats the motor at regular intervals, but that's what you get with a midi lathe. Pick your battles I guess.

Easy to attatch. Awfully nice to work with bigger pieces. Opens up alot more turnings.
