Everyone needs two

Everyone needs two Insertion tools. When your only tool sticks in a tube before the glue sets the tube in the blank, you need a second tool. Otherwise you are halted for a few minutes till the tube sets. If you have a Chisel Mate Plus System mounted on your lathe, you can use the sanding disc to remove glue build-up.

Why didn't I think of this!

Every now and then a tool comes along that is so simple, and works so well, that you think why didn't I think of this? That is what this insertion tool is! It is so simple to use, and keeps your hands glue free, that once you use it, you will think how the heck did I ever get along without it in my shop! It fits ALL the tubes from small to very large, and any glue that gets on the metal shaft just comes right off with no hassles. Because of the taper, this tool has also been VERY helpful in aligning bolt holes in my shop fixtures prior to assembling them together. This is a very useful tool that I should have thought of years ago!

The Universal Pen Tube Insertion Tool is longer than most tools like this. The extra length allows the tool to handle the majority of pen tubes on the market, making it easier to manipulate.

Tube Insertion Tool

As compared to the smaller insertion tool the newer larger tool works great with the new larger pen kits. The price was right and is a welcomed tool for pen blank assembly.

The larger size has made tube inserton/manipulation much easier. It provides good control of the tube, regardless of the size. It is a Real Good Tool!!!

This tool has worked with all pen kits so far. Large pens, small pens, doesn't matter. tool is well made, has a nice finish, does what it is supposed to do. I'm pleased with it.
