Nice assortment of blanks

Overall I'm very happy with this assortment I received however one small complaint is that two of the Olivewood blanks are somewhat plain and one of the olivewood blanks that is absolutely stunning is cracked half way down the center, I may be able to make something small out of it, but the others in the collection more than make up for it with really beautiful grains. Yes I would buy these again in the future.

The price is great but trying to sort each type of wood by using a picture is ridiculous. The wood is the correct size and all blanks were great quality but the blanks need to be marked on the blank of the type. Now I have a box of mystery wood.

56 Exotic Pen Blank Collection

This wood is fabulous. The price was good and the blanks are great to work with. So far I have used 4 different types of blanks and the finishes turned out beautiful.

Separating the blanks by type would help in identification. Photos don't exactly match several of the wood types.

I was happy with the pen blank assortment, with the exception of the fact that 5 of the pen blanks were broken (split). And naturally they were some of the best blanks, 2 curly pyinmas, 2 cocobolos, and one Honduran rosewood.

Good Value

A nice mix of quality woods at a good price. Will probably buy this again (or the 99 pieces for $99)

For the money, the quality and selection were great. I will purchase this same item in the near future. A good way to find out what little known exotics look and finish like.

Great selection, I got at least 3-4 of every type listed. I just wish that each wood was bundled and marked instead of a identification paper thrown into the box.

56 Exotic Pen Blank Collection

This is an excellent collection of pen blanks. The set contained 4 pieces of each of the 14 species listed in the ad. Also included is a color Wood Identification sheet (which was very handy as some of the woods were unknown to me). Only one one wood contained blanks shorter than the 5 1/2" listed length. Three sets were 5 1/2", and the rest (10 sets) were 6". All blanks were at least 3/4" square. Given the regular prices for some of these woods, this set is quite a bargain.
