I recently bought two each letter opener and magnifying glass kits. I also included a package of bora bora blanks with this order. These items arrived before I expected them and everything was in one box. The projects are now comleted, (Christmas gifts) and I couldn'b be more pleased. The instructions with the kits were clear and easy to understand, and I had no trouble completing these projects. A mandral was reqired, but I was not sure that this tooling investment was justifited at this time, so I improvisd using 1/4 inch threaded rod, nuts, and 1/4 inch copper tubing spacers. I as very well pleased with the quality of the kit items. The finish and fit were outstanding. My only problem was that one brass core was crushed, but I was able to make it usable by pushing twist drill shanks through the ID until it was round again. I know I will be making more mini turning projects with Penn State Industries' kits Donald Piepho Geneseo, IL
