Love the look, but needs modification.

I love how these look when complete, but the tube is just slightly too short to fit a rolled bill inside the tube. I will be purchasing replacement 10mm tubes and cutting to the correct length in order to make more of these. The width of a USD is 2 5/8", which should be the minimum length of the blank.

Following the instructions, this little kit produces a wonderful little key chain into which you can put a couple of pills or a rolled-up bill. The actual shape of the final object is totally flexible. Make it as thick or thin as you like... as ornate or simple as your pocket can tolerate. The screw-on cap is a bit prone to come open. I found that a simple little rubber washer will act as a gasget and keep it firmly closed. Everyone I know will receive one of these key fobs for Christmas.
