China picks up where Europe left offI admit initial skepticism when i noticed the PRC label, but his badger hair holds up well and is very soft- as good as the very expensive (that would be a polite way of saying overpriced) European brushes. I used epoxy to glue it into a handle turned from cherry saved from the woodpile, and it's everything i had hoped for and more. soft, luxurious, and hasn't shed one hair ... I have a brush that might have cost several hundred dollars for less than a small fraction of that and it will last a lifetime ... and i made it myself- how cool is that? these brushes are the way to go! i made one for my son in law, and i'll be making more for gifts- they're easy to use, they produce a high value end product, and they're inexpensive, even if you go for the very high- end brush.
