Broadwell Sale Package We've made it easier for you to start creating decoupage pens with this Themed US Stamps Package. Making a decoupage pen out of these stamps is fun & easy. This project is accomplished with a variation of traditional pen turning and finishing that uses decoupage techniques to create a unique and custom look. This is a fun & unique project for any pen turner looking to use his imagination to create a truly unique and personalized project.

Package includes:
100 stamps all different with a mixture of mint, used and CTO (cancel to order) stamps - Enough stamps to make dozens of theme pens.

Follow these steps to create a decoupage pen:
1) Turn a pen of your choice with any wood to the desired profile.
2) Glue the theme materials onto the turned wood barrel. (We supply theme postage stamps for this process. We find the stamps have sizes and graphics appropriate for this purpose.)
3) After the materials (stamps) are applied, seal the surface with a thick wood glue or decoupage sealer readily available in craft stores - allow to dry.
4) Use the PSI "I Can't Believe this Finish" (item #PKCAFINSET) to finish for a gloss professional acrylic finish
