I've found this style to be extremely popular for daily carry. I personally have never had a problem with the transmissions. I read about others that have, but I believe they did not get their hardware from PSI. Someday I'll actually get time to try the click version, but for now the twist is a great little pen.

I have admired this pen for some time. It has a great feel in the hand. The polaris is an excellent kit in terms of material, fit and finish. The black titanium finish pairs very well with the mica pearl aquarius blank. RecommeNded highly!

I think these should be the starter kits for new pen turners. If you order the kit, be sure to order the bushings.
