DIfficult to reload leads

It is a beautiful pencil and easy to make. But it has been difficult, to almost impossible, to put new leads in. The mechanism won't grab the lead and hold it. After going through the first lead it becomes about as useful as a wooden pencil that you throw away. (Yes, I have followed the directions printed in the instruction sheet to no avail!)

A true winner!

The polaris is as popular with the women as it is with the men. It is easy to turn and it's appeal makes it a true winner.

Best Pencil Kit

Quite simply put, this is the nicest pencil kit I've come across yet. Very easy to build, being a single tube, and the mechanism is very smooth.

I accidentally ordered this pencil instead of a pen but was very pleased with its quality and look. I have had many positive comments on it and people asking for one. The rhodium finish is superb.

Polaris Pencil Kit

Great product. Makes beautiful pencils. Very easy to assemble and the single blank speeds up production. I especially like using the carbon fibre and blue glass fibre blanks. Not the easiest blanks to work with, you have to be very careful and patient and work with very sharp tools but lustre and finish of the polished blank is great. My kids all love these and the carbon fibre blanks. With the Polaris pens and pencils they are favorite for me.

Real Elegance

Coupled with the Polaris pen, this pencil makes for a really stunning set. I can't say how pleased I am with this kit.
