This is an easy project and looks pretty good when finished, but I really do not like the rattling that it does when assembled. The rattling makes the product seem inferior to others that are similarily styled.

Great in sets but also stand alone

I had thought just reviewing the Polaris 24kt Gold Click Pen Kit would suffice for both the pen & pencil until I had customers who wanted just the pencil. This twist pencil is easy to turn and in my opinion easier to assemble than a slimline. Use extra care to get a straight hole when drilling the wood especially if you are using minimum sized blanks, you will be rewarded if you do.
