The paint on the endcap is subject to easy scratching. Looks good, but wish is was black plastic.

This classic style rollerball gets a lot of attention. It is easy to make with the straight lines and yet a hefty result. It is impressive for any executive desk and ready for daily use. Try cocobolo for a truly classic look.

This is my favorite kit. It's beautiful and practically indestructible. The rollerball (Haus) cartridge write very well. It makes a wonderful gift or sale item to provide for the purchase of other Penn State supplies or tools.

I am very new to pen turning and only got into it to use up the small scraps from my furniture projects. Thus, I am not a very skilled wood turner. I bought 20 of these kits to make up and send to our troops overseas. They are very easy to make and look GREAT! Beyond that, they have a rubber gasket that I am sure will serve the troopers well in their dusty conditions. Wonderful product!!!
