This kit is well made and weighted. assembles easy and looks great. DO NOT shorten the tube when squaring off; not a lot of length way. The transmission is stiff and can be a little gritty. Also don't go too wide with the barrel when you turn it as the pocket clip is TIGHT. Still, a great head turner of a kit!

Love this pen

I purchased this kit not too long ago and after having put it together, I have to say that it is one of the better pens I have made. The weight of the pen is great and it's well balanced. I chose a darker Cherry Burl blank for the pen and finished it with CA to a high gloss. it's a real head turner.

What a magnificent pen

The pen was easy to make. I love the length of the tube and that it is matched well to the pens overall length. The size is very nice. It is comfortable in hand and the weight isn't overwhelming because it is well balanced. I think the crystal in the clip is an exquisite touch for a pen in it's price range and is an added selling point.

Value price, Highend looking pen.

I picked one up in the 5 pen bundle. This is a very elegant looking pen. I first used it as a daily driver, but quickly started getting multiple requests to purchase it or one like it. For the money, the pen has the look of a much higher priced piece. I had placed a very nice burl on my first one. I think I will continue to make these using some of the tru stone blanks. It makes for a very rich looking design.

Majestic Squire Gold TN & Black TN

This is a beautiful, well-made pen kit. The fit of the parts is outstanding and the finish is top notch. My customer liked it so much that they want 5 more for others in their organization. I will be ordering many more. It's hard to find quality like this elsewhere.

I just recently turned a few majestic squire pens to add to my line of pens. The response has been very positive from my customer base. I put an acrylic finish for a high gloss finish. I now use one all the time now. Very comfortable, attractive and a pleasure to use.

Look of excellence

I was looking for something to exude class, and after finishing these kits they do just that. I used both acrylic and wood but on these I think the acrylic sets it off very nice. Only thing I can nit pick about is the strength of the clip is very tight and may need to be carefully adjusted.

Classy kit for a reasonable price!!

I've made many pens using many styles of hardware in a wide price range. This kit provides great "wow" factor at a very reasonable price. The hardware is substantial which gives the pen a feel of quality. I would highly recommend this kit to showcase your high end materials. Looks gorgeous with ambonya burl!

The Squire is a King

I ordered the Squire Pen Kit from PSI and boy am I glad I did. As soon as I got it unpacked I could see it was going to be a winner. The fit and finish are great and compared to the other pens of this shape I have turned, the Squire is on top. Thanks for a quality pen kit Erik
