I have purchased several of the Penn State lure kits and found them to have all the supplies needed to make your own lures. I now even teach some classes in Adult Education using the Penn State Kits. I find it's a lot better than buying individual components. The instructions are great. I give all their kits an A+ PS. What fun it is to make and paint up your own lures !!!!!
