Excellent quality S.S. pieces. Good value for the price. Watch carefully: 1 of 6 couplers is larger diameter than the other 5. In retrospect I found it probably was designed for the cheese planer. Also, the instructions call for 1/4 inch holes in all pieces. Actually, some of the pieces will fit more snugly with a 32nd or so smaller hole. Others do better with a 32nd inch greater diameter. Best to test each piece before you drill.

I have made several of these for gifts and everyone loves them. They are easy to make, though the instructions leave out that the cheese slicer needs the shoulder for color to be slightly larger then the other items. So if you are using a pattern be sure to adjust for that one.
