This bit just goes right on through the pen blank without any trouble. I will buy this again. It was a little pricy but I think it is worth the difference for other bits.

I've used the brad point but have found the gorilla grind to do a better job. The gorilla grind is unbeatable in all materials. Go gorilla grind.
