The fit and finish on this kit is excellent. A big advantage to the body size, is that it shows the blank you decide to use, very well. Lots of grain showing in a wood and the colors in acrylics will be better visible. 4 stars only due to the included ink cartridge. It definitely benefits from an upgraded cartridge. The gel is very blotchy.

The fit and finish is very high quality. The pen has a heafty and good feel to it. The starter kit is an excellent value with two pen kits, bushings, bits etc. Large enough diameter to show off some of the stabilized burls. I will definitely be doing more of these.

This package is really nice. The barrel trimming sleeves are a great addition to a already nice kit and pen!

This pen was fun to turn and assemble. It has a nice hefty feel to it that is well balanced and nice to write with. The rubber grips give the pen a professional look and differentiates it from all other pens. I highly recommend this kit to others who want a reliable rollerball.
