GuardianThis pen is one of the most impressive pens on the market. It is bold, comfortable, and great to write with. I thought it would be too big to write comfortably, but it is about perfect. It really relaxes the hand. I would highly recommend this pen.

GuardianI love the heft and feel of this pen. The size of it truly shows off the grain and figure of the wood. Everyone who has seen the pen wants to hold and try it out for themselves. It is absolutely a fantastic style.

Impressive PenAfter much anticipation, I finally got to make this pen today! Used some spalted oak cut on an angle. The size of this pen will be fantastic for the amount of writing I do daily. I am also anxious to see how it sells at the craft shows. The only downfall is I had to "steal" a heavier lower spring from another pen to get the pen to retract. The included lower spring seems somewhat wimpy. This is the only issue I have. If I have to buy some cheap pens for the springs it would really increase what I would have to charge for this pen. How 'bout it PSI...better or replacement springs?

Guardian Click PenThe completed pen is great, the instructions however are a nightmare for anyone who knows how to follow complete CONCISE instructions. I laid parts on the page in the order shown and was led NOT in a straight line as expected but all over the place with no rhyme nor reason. Please, get someone to redraw the pictures in proper sequence!

Excellent gift for large handsEasy to turn and easy to assemble. It has a good heaft in the hand and larger barrel size is good for people with larger or arthritic hands. Click mechanism doesn't require careful adjustment as so many 7mm twist mechanisms do.

ins and outsThe guardian pen is well made and a gets a reaction out of people. Whether it's setting on your desk or in hand. This pen is not for every one, the people that seem to like it are people with arthritis and people with large hands. Although girls in the office like it at the end of the day when there hands get tired of the small pens. On a 3/4 blank you sure do not waste much wood. So it makes the pen heavy. Nice clicking action and writes very nice. Cons or things to look out for. *It is not a pocket pen as it will unscrew and parts will be all over. *when putting together there is 3 things to pay attention to. First is to get the plunger and support tube in before top tube assembly. Second when screwing the tip on, You can pull the brass tube away from the coupling. Third there are two springs don't lose them. Great Pen

Didn't think I'd like itThought it was a little ugly and chubby but once I made it, I have to say it is really nice. Used it for Rattlesnake skin.

A needed product. These are getting to be harder to find. When you blow a blank for whatever reason, and you destroy the tube along with it, these allow you to salvage the kit. More companies need to take a hint and start supplying replacement parts.

guardianAn absolutely fabulous mens pen. Stylish, but big enough for any man.

Great Heft! This pen kit is great for the larger hand of a man. It has great heft and the grips are stellar. Some of my customers are well over 6ft and this pen is not dwarfed in their hands. The Guardian is also wonderful for an arthritic hand. It is an easy to make one tube design.
