The picture of this item includes the barrel trimmer which led me to believe the trimmer was included. Actually, what you receive is a sleeve to fit over the slim-line barrel trimmer. The sleeve, in my case, did not slide all the way up the shaft contrary to what it shows in the picture. This is a needed item if you are completing Gatsby pen kits, but the description should be more precise by mentioning the cutter is not included.
