The disassembler is really easy to use and allows me to salvage a set that has minor flaws that didn't show up until it was assembled. What I realy like about Penn State Ind. is their customer service, it is top shelf all the way. When I first started with pen making I messed up some parts, and on another occasion I received a defective part, in both cases Penn State replaced the parts, no questions asked. To me that is very important. Thank You Paul of Orient, Ohio
