"I have always loved Art Nouveau with its intensely organic lines and have incorporated it into my work for many years. One of my more popular and personal favorite pen designs is my Sceptre. When asked to design the components for Penn State Industries newest kit my first thought was to use elements from my Sceptres - the wide cap top and the rounded barrel - with some new freeform Nouveau elements for the trim. I find it interesting and relaxing to watch trees being blown by a gentle breeze, and I wanted the ribbon on the cap band to look as if it were being blown about by the wind."

Very beautiful finished product with the Tru Stone Blue Gate. I was very pleased with the ease in which the Broadwell Norveau Sceptre went together. I sold to a doctor and she raves about the beauty each time we see her. She ordered it from the Gel Roller that I had already made.

The Broadwell Nouveau Sceptra is a beautiful pen with a flowing presence. Many of my customers are asking about a full size fountain pen from PSI in the Broadwell design. If the dimensions of the cap top are retained with an increase in the other dimensions (accommodate the full size nib), it would be a great seller. I believe many reviewers are commenting on "value" (price VS quality) of this kit. If the current design had the larger nib this alone may reduce these negative comments.

Great pen but heavy

This turned out to be a great pen (especially when done with white marble acrylic). It is heavier than I anticipated. The engineering of the components, guides and bushing was perfect.

What a great looking pen. Make sure that you turn them down enough. I used Tamarind Spalted and it really looks amazing. It is a nice heavy pen. I was thinking of giving it as a present, but I'm going to have to keep it.
