Funline Comfort Copper Twist Pen Kit

A simple & fun little pen to make.

Being almost the same as a Slim Line, the center band is a little bigger diameter it's a versatile kit to make. You can use the comfort grip or not. Without the grip and its larger diameter middle it has a slightly different feel than the Slim Line. My only complaint is the cheap stamped out clip. The way the ball shape is formed by rolling under the edges often leaves a bur that snags on the edge of the shirt pocket when clipping the pen in it and often when pulling the pen out.

Makes a different and very nice pen. Easy to assemble.

Workhorses

I sell more of these than any other single style of pen I make. That is only because I use them to make antler/shell casing pens, but who cares. The center band is almost perfectly sized for a .308 or 30-30 casing, and they give a good transition between the casing and the antler. I use them to distinguish between deer antler and elk antler, using the band on one style and not on the other, and then the customer always has the option of adding or removing them. I am not a huge fan of the clip style, but no one ever complains so... Very cost effective and great results, who could ask for more.

Striking Pen, Really Stands Out

I made this kit with a purpleheart blank and what a pen!!!! You can't go wrong, great looks and the mechanism works really well. I recommend this kit highly.
