Not the cheapest

This glue creates an unparalleled finish that doesn't ware on my pens and turnings, although before you buy you should look around at some other places such as hobby shops. You can find quality CA glue at hobby shops for around 7 to 8 dollars.

Makes A Great Finish

I use this glue for all my turned products. It gives a great shine and it is much stronger and lasts longer than any friction polish I know of. If sanded like an acrylic with high-grit pads, the shine is beautiful and unsurpassed. I highly recommend this product

CA finish

I suggest that you use eye shadow sponges for application. They come in a bag at most drugstores or walmarts. They have a short handle and two sides. Work Great!!!

PSI Cyanoacrylate Finishing Glue

This is the only finish I will use on my pens and small turnings. It cures to a perfectly clear and hard finish. I have had many good comments on the finish of my pens using your finishing CA glue. Again thank you PSI for a superior product at an affordable price.

This produces an awesome finish. It may add a day or two to the process, but it is well worth it!!!

Works well

This was my first time using a CA finish and it went very well. I tend to think this is just normal CA thin in a bottle labeled "finish" but either way it does the job and does it well. I did not use as many coats as the video, nor did I use accelerator or their sanding disks. I did two pen sets, one with 4 coats one with 8. I noticed no difference in the end result. I wet sanded to 400 and then continued wet with micro-mesh to 12,000. I then used Hut plastic ultra gloss plastic polish on the first set. It came out very well. The second set I followed same procedure but used EEE for a final and that actually came out with a better gloss finish. I may try the "one step" polish just for a comparison. -- Would be nice if there were "sample" options for all the finish products instead of just the shellawax. Overall though very nice finish, much better than typical EEE/Shella.

Delivers beautiful glossy finish

Using this finish has made a real difference in the appearance of my pens. I had been using EEE polish and Shellawax, and was happy with the results, but this CA finish really makes the grain pop. I have been pleased with the response customers have had about how much better they like the CA finish too. After watching the video from the Penn State website, the only thing I can add is to make sure that if using this, get a new area of paper towel for each layer of finish, and don't let the towel touch the pen unless you are actually applying CA. Initially, I tried to reuse the same area of paper towel for each coat of CA thinking I would not waste as much from CA soaking into the towel and not going on the pen. This led to a very poor application, and a lot of extra work to get the desired finish. Once this issue was solved, the product works as advertised.

CA Finishing Clue

I have only used it once and I didn't have any trouble with it. The only trouble I had was with the accelerator. Make sure the CA glue is soaked in and the excess is wiped off or the accelerator will make it bubble. It really comes out with a nice shine when you are done.

excellent finish

I was looking for a great durable finish that would hold up extremely great and last forever, and this was the answer. Since using this for a great finish, I have several other turners start using this finish.
